I reserve the right to change the rules at anytime, without notice (so check back often when purchasing).

I reserve the right to reclaim an animal if I feel that my rules have been broken.

Any use of my template is not allowed, this includes using the coat or conformation to create foundation animals.

You are not allowed to edit the dog in anyway, except for the call name. Show name, conformation, coat, traits and gender must not be altered in any way.

Do not, under any circumstances, upload the file to any sort of mass downloading site.

You must be a known member (a member for at least 90 days) of the Sims United Kennel Club (preferably, but being a known member of the Sims Kennel Club is also fine) to purchase a dog from me. I will also reject applications from kennels with excessive amounts of dogs, Kennel Von Stärke does not codone puppy mills.

If you have read the rules, add the password "bonza" to your application.

You must notify me of any breedings. Do not overbreed the dogs and be mindful to breed only to quality dogs.

You aren't allowed to resell a dog, if you aren't happy with him send me an email and we can work something out. I will see to the rehoming of any of my dogs.
